Bull Point Lighthouse

Take the tractor and trailer out to Bull Point with the Mortehoe Museum team. There has been a lighthouse here since 1879 as after numerous bad storms, and wreckers luring ships aground, many ships were wrecked along this coastline. The current lighthouse was built in 1972. Enjoy the dramatic views as you drive down towards Bull Point and find out more about this unique place.
Morte Point

With tales of the notorious smugglers and wreckers, the role of Morte Point in World War II, and a stop to see the local residents – Atlantic seals – you will get a great understanding of how National Trust now looks after and cares for this landscape for the benefit of the local wildlife.
